You should avoid processed foods like the cheese, dairy products and chocolates. Also try avoiding alcohol, cigarette, spicy food and caffeine. Do not drink carbonated drinks such as soda, beer or cola drinks. Try to stay away from artificial sweeteners such as aspartame which is used in many food products and beverages. Avoid wearing tight clothes and underwear since it creates an ideal condition for the bacteria to breed.
